The sales rep came across rude and seemed annoyed the whole time I was there. I didn’t love the interaction, but I just dealt with it and moved on since I needed to get things handled.

I had an issue with one of their tools and reached out to tech support, but it took way too long to get a real answer. I got bounced around to a couple different people before someone finally helped me. What made it more annoying was how aggressive the reminder emails were while I was still waiting on them. They did fix the problem eventually, but the whole experience was frustrating.

I’ll give them credit, the tools are solid and I didn’t have any real complaints about the quality. But once I started comparing prices, I realized I could get similar stuff elsewhere for less. It kind of felt like I was paying extra just for the brand name, and for me, it wasn’t really worth it.

I placed my order and found out it was on backorder, which is fine, but nobody has followed up with me since. I’m still waiting and have no idea what’s going on. A quick update would’ve been nice instead of just leaving me hanging.

I bought this Mac tool storage box thinking the higher price would mean I wouldn’t have to worry about durability. At first it looked great and the drawers felt smooth, so I felt good about it. Most of my Mac tools have been solid and get me through daily jobs just fine, so I don’t totally regret buying them. But i do wish I’d looked a little closer before spending the money because a couple of the ratchets loosened up faster than I expected. They’re not bad tools by any means, just a bit of a mixed bag for the price

I haven’t personally ordered from mactools.com yet, so I can’t give a full hands-on review. From what I’ve seen and heard about the brand, it looks like it can be a bit pricey and opinions seem mixed!! I’d definitely read through some recent buyer reviews before deciding...
